"Thanks! Does anybody have any questions?"
This must have been one of the best concerts ever from any group. Just non-stop energy.

In the beginning, I must admit, I didn't know what to think, with lead singer David Byrne coming onto an empty stage, performing Psycho Killer with his fantastic guitar skills, but it felt like something was missing. Until the next song is played, and the band members and set are brought on stage, which is when all worry and early doubt fade. Going from a more intimate atmosphere to a full-on sonic explosion.

At times I had a smile on my face. There's a part during the concert where the lights go dim and David Byrne dances with a lamp and it looks visually cinematic. I've never seen anything like that before. Or what about Byrne's insane dance whilst singing; talented guy.

The backup singers as well who have this great energy to them and look so happy to be there. There were a couple of times when the other band members turn to look at each other and smile. A warm community of artists coming together to deliver works of art.

Also, Tina Weymouth's little dancing is very underrated and adorable.

    Highly recommend it.

2023. The 40th Anniversary Restoration of This Fabulous Film In IMAX. Advice to Millennials and Beyond, See This Before Seeing The Upcoming Taylor Swift Concert Movie
Younger generations as they often do, have a fascination with interests and popular culture of the past. A time before their time. A time before now.

This movie should be viewed by all those young people.

There was a band called Talking Heads. Maybe you've heard of them. Maybe you've heard some of their songs and just didn't know it.

Watch some of their music videos if you have a moment.

See this movie in IMAX asap.

If you've never heard of them, this film will make you one of their biggest fans of this century.

    This isn't a concert. It's not a tour.

It's a track meet. An NFL combine.

This is life before clicks and views.

This is an experience that affects all the senses.

    Every single one of them.

Taylor Swift's movie might be magnificent.

But this is a performance of a band playing together with incredible energy and beautiful harmony.

In a wonderful time where the audience was there to watch a live performance in the moment and not simply to just post it for others to watch later.

Tickets were bought to this show in person, using cash and probably at a record store and each ticket was also beautiful, on colored card stock type paper with the band's name in print and in glitter.

And each ticket was probably fifteen dollars.

    1984.

    See it in IMAX asap.
