When our ancient epic portrayed with first class VFx
As an avid dune, star wars, ghost in the shell, blade runner, mad max and a Mahabharata fan, color me impressed.

Thing is, many western movies like Avatar movie series or the animated avatar cartoon series, even tons of Japanese anime have taken influence from Hinduism, indirectly because of shintoism, as shintoism is just a sister religion like Buddhism, which are influenced by Hinduism. So for the first time I am really really impressed by our Indian director, that he was able to showcase our ancient epic with a some creative liberty,in a good light, unlike the other Bollywood garbage called adipurush. The first half invests a lot of time into building the world, which is a good thing, I buying can understand why many of the casual viewers might find it boring, but it's necessary for the story in the grander scheme of events. No movie is perfect by any means, but atleast it's a good step in the right direction for our Indian sci-fi cinematic universe. Bollywood really should take some notes from this movie, on how to make a compelling movie about India's great heritage without massacring it like adipurush.
