Illuminating, even as a vegan
I've been a vegan for 20 years. Even then, this documentary was illuminating. For reference, cowspiracy contained a lot content I already knew about. This one didn't. But that's what makes it so powerful. People think of seafood as the last thing to give up before going vegetarian, but honestly this documentary makes a strong argument for it being the first. From human slavery (hard to enforce out on the ocean) to the pitfalls of farmed fish (disease, the inefficiency of feeding farmed fish wild wish) and amount of lives taken (many fish per ~chicken), I'd argue seafood should be the first thing cut out.
