rileyyjayy - 28 February 2024 Underrated thriller 8.5/10 I went into this thinking it was going to be alot like the movie don't breathe and surprisingly I was wrong, this had all sorts of unpredictable scenes that were very satisfying and unique in there own ways compared to your generic horror/thriller.
The story line was solid and had me entertained from the start, it was definitely a well thought out movie.
The only negative thing I have to say about this movie is there could of been a little more context between some of scenes instead of leaving the watcher to put the pieces together, in all fairness it was still easy enough to follow and make sense of it all.
I really enjoyed this movie and loved the English take on horror, this ending was satisfying as any horror / thriller should be without copying the generics.
This movie should be rated alot higher then 6.3
The acting was fantastic for a Netflix movie.
And hats off to the director for making believable and interesting scenes. Top stuff.
efd-10467 - 20 August 2023 Gets lost This starts out well, the first 30 minutes is interesting and indicates a good mystery, but it just drags on, victims get despatched at a regular rate, so regular it becomes silly.
No one is looked and no one, including the police, connect the dots to the house and killer, those that do become victims so quickly it adds to an almost comical plot.
At any point if one of the victims gave the police a clear description of what was going on, less would die, but no, there is always a reason they cannot, so it just goes on & on.
I actually started to dislike the victims because they became more frustratingly stupid as the
movie collapses into a silly rushed ending, sort of worth watching but not really.
