Of animal facts, family issues and love triangles
    A sapphic teen rom-com.

The basic idea here is to give young lesbian/bi/pan women the type of heteronormative romantic comedy that they have so long been denied, that used to only be for straight people. This is full of out teenagers, to the point where protagonist Paige can pick and choose a partner, and discuss it in the school hallway. It barely gets into any of the problems faced by The LGBTQ community. Like many of its genre, this is a happy fantasy that can provide hope if you're going through a breakup, or, well, if you have a crush.

This is hilarious from start to finish. I really appreciated the decision to do away with bully characters. In fact, everyone in this, like in real life, has both good and bad. They are all written with empathy. No one in this is purely there to be judged harshly by the audience. It's sex positive and ethnically diverse.

This has a bit of moderate strong language, some of it sexual. I recommend this to everyone who enjoys the genre. 8/10.

    Super sweet!
What a funny and charming feel-good movie! I loved it, nothing felt forced or drawn out. It's a high school rom-com with representation and positivity throughout. Don't let the bad reviews put you off, definitely give this a watch!
