A magical meteor crash-lands in Adventure City, gives the PAW Patrol pups superpowers, and transforms them into The Mighty Pups. Just okay, accents were a killer
My 4yo loved this movie, but we both noticed the voices of the characters were changed and it is terrible. Kind of ruined the movie. The storyline is okay. We also didn't care much for the new villain. It felt too much like Spiderman's Doc Oc. Glad we didn't waste the money to watch it in theater. The humor was kind of a miss as an adult but my daughter didn't seem to notice, but she also didn't laugh as much as the other movies or Tv show. Some TV shows are just meant to be only that. Also, wasn't there already a mighty pups movie? The idea didn't come off very original. I would have liked to see something different. - belly1576 - 5 November 2023
Keep these coming
Now I am an adult with a 5 year old girl. She absolutely loved the first paw patrol movie, loving the addition of liberty. This time round being a couple of years older she still loved it and understood the comedy far more, which as a parent hearing your child laugh out loud is special.
The movie was great funny and the pups still have their individual character continuing on from the first feature movie.
Loved the mini origin story for chase in the first and this time round for Skye.
Using mighty pups was a great idea especially for any child who watches series it makes it more special.
Please keep these coming but let's see Everest added in or Rex. Keep those mini origin stories too

Too much for some tots
My 4 year old boy absolutely loves paw patrol. He would probably rate the first movie as a 10/10.
However, we didn't make it halfway through this movie. We had to leave because it was too scary for him. I don't know if it's because it was in a dark cinema on a big screen and loud, but there were quite a few "threat" scenes early on that scared him and it just got too much for him.
As we were leaving I saw a few other kids in the cinema crying too. There was nothing like this for the first cinematic release. I don't know how they got this one so wrong after the success of the first.
If your child is of a nervous disposition, I would probably avoid this and wait until it's on home release.
