Not like the others...disappointing
This movie was meh. I loved the other G. O. T. G movies, so I was expecting a lot from this one.
The writing/dialogue was absolutely terrible, the acting was pretty bad, and it was very unfunny.
The plot itself wasn't that bad, and the action scenes were decent, but the overall execution was just really goofy. It was so odd that it actually felt like it was a parody movie. I was watching this movie with 3 others, and 2 of them legit walked away after the first half an hour.
I think the first and second movies absolutely blew this one out of the water. I have no idea how this is rated nearly as high as the first one, and higher than the second one. Overall, I would not recommend. - austinleube - 26 March 2024
The best marvel movie in a while
This is the best marvel movie I've ever seen. Everything about this movie is perfect. Rockets backstory was heartbreaking and perfect. During the entire movie I cried at least 5 times or more. As an animal lover I was heartbroken from all of the animal abuse In this movie but it just made the story all the more emotional. I am glad that none of the main guardians died during this movie. I think it is awesome that this movie was the first marvel movie to drop an f-bomb and they use it to tell nebula to open a door. Overall this movie is a masterpiece and is the best marvel movie since Avengers endgame.
