trevar-01150 - 25 February 2023 Not a good direction but a good concept Not great direction but the concept was good. I would recommend rajamouli sir or any other like ashutosh sir. But should get a better direction yashraj. Overall the songs are not good they are headache except ji huzoor. They should not include vaani Kapoor in this movie. The movie was overall a not so great story. Shamshera was a brilliant concept like agneepath as they directed by same director Karan Malhotra. I would say that its ok to make a mistake but try to be more careful. There are many mistakes in the movie . I would have give this 1 or 2 stars like the others but I know that yashraj can give a bigger hit than this flop.
nneelakandan - 18 September 2022 Unbearably bad I don't know how to say this, why huge movie production companies producing poor movies, with lackluster story, screenplay with huge casting numbers and make audience taking ride. There are more number of genuine stories to portray of struggle against British tyranny and atrocities on caste base division but, taking fictional storyline and copying western movie scenes, characters and putting them in Indian version looks completely lifeless. This is utterly ridiculous and making British are good against our own people. This is subtle propaganda against our own people and culture. Characters are poorly written and executed.
tufaelahmed - 9 September 2022 Exaggerated Fairy tale! The audience is bound to get tired after watching the movie. Because the makers did not work hard on the screenplay. Ranbir Kapoor and Sanjay Dutt have done great performances. It can be said that they are the ones who took the film on their shoulders and dragged it to the end. Despite the weak storyline, very weak screenplay and dialogues, the two actors have tried their best to make the film up to the mark from their respective places.
The action of the film was very good till the interval. Samshera's song is also very good. Cinematography, background score and VFX are definitely the lifeline of the film. But Karan Malhotra could not weave the story the way he wanted to weave it. So Samshera's passion has faded in the big canvas.
