    Hear me out
This is a fun take on the Werewolf curse, Not exactly the beast of Givaudan, this werewolf comes from a Gypsy curse on those that murdered them for their land. It takes a fun twist on the myth of Judas turning into a vampire, and uses the silver he was paid for selling out Jesus. Using this as the catalyst for the curse. The beast design was a great take on the classic werewolf hairless and more man like than wolf it was a horrific sight but oh so refreshing. The acting was amazing and the storyline was well put together. This movie needs to be discussed more and given the accolades it deserves. This should be on everyone's watch list.

Eight for Silver is a wasted opportunity.
The story starts out very interestingly and has a good atmosphere, but towards the end many potential plotlines fizzle out.

Also, the most important turns seem to pass by unnoticed.

Overall the story itself is interesting and the actor performances are good. Especially Boyd Holbrook gives a fantastic performance that keeps the viewer engaged until the end of the movie.

Also, the bad CGI effects take away impact from the movie, but the practical effects are again excellent. It's a pity that this movie was not done entirely with practical effects.

The beginning and ending of the movie also feel hastily slapped on.
